Arrival and Departure
For late arrivals and early departures we charge 80% of the booked arrangement. No refund for non-consumed food. For stays up to 4 days: 10% short stay surcharge. If you arrive later than 8:00 p.m. please give us a call! Rooms are available by 3:00 p.m. Please vacate the rooms not later than 10:00 a.m.

Room Cancellations:
Cancellations are only valid in written form. Up to 3 months before arrival: no cancellation costs. Between 3 months and 1 month before arrival: we charge 3 days of the booked arrangement. 1 month before arrival or for early departures: we charge 80% of the booked arrangement. Please note that there is no refund if the cancellation is not within a timely manner.

Trip Cancellation Insurance
As a special service, we offer a trip cancellation insurance. You get a detailed offer with your reservation conformation. You will also find information here if you cannot travel in connection with Covid - 19.

Advance payment
For confirmed reservation please pay a deposit of Euro 500.- per room. Give us your credit card data (number and expiration date) or make a transfer to our account, see below. Charges are for your account. New! Deposit per HOBEX SYSTEM from your cash card via internet. Free of cost transfer for the applicant. Contact us for more details.
