Arrival and Departure
In case of early departure, the full room rate 100% of the total price will be charged. Unfortunately, no refunds can be given for unused meals. For short stays, we reserve the right to charge a short-stay surcharge.

Your rooms will be available from 3:00 PM.
If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, please give us a quick call.

Check-out
We kindly ask you to vacate your room and parking space by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Cancellation conditions: 

  • Cancellations are only valid in writing.
  • Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 2 months (60 days) before departure
  • 30 to 60 days before departure the deposit will be retained
  • 7 to 30 days before departure 70% of the total amount will be charged
  • 1 to 7 days before departure 90% of the total amount will be charged
  • In the event of no-show, 100% of the total amount will be charged

We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance

 

Trip Cancellation Insurance
As a special service, we offer a trip cancellation insurance. You get a detailed offer with your reservation conformation.

Deposit
For fixed reservations, 40% of the booking amount must be paid as a deposit. Charges are to be borne by the guest.
