A good morning starts at the Fatlar with a rich breakfast buffet. Here you will find tempting specialities from North and South Tyrol, various types of muesli, yoghurt, jams, mountain honey, fruit juices and daily fresh bread from our baker. Fine coffee specialities and many types of tea round off the whole experience. The egg dishes are prepared à la minute in the morning! Get strength for the day with a hearty breakfast before hitting the slopes.

Our varied 4-course gourmet menus, accompanied by fine wines from Austria and South Tyrol, are a delight for the palate in the evening. Plus a large salad buffet every day. Choose from a wide variety of fresh salads, the finest oils and essences of balsamic vinegar are refined accompaniments. We attach great importance to quality and regional products. These are then used to create wonderful delicacies that our guests particularly appreciate. Dine in a pleasant atmosphere with exquisite wines and delicious dishes. Vegetarian dishes and dietary food on request. Our culinary offer does not include vegan dishes.
